Automatic sampling of hydrocarbon liquids and in particular crude oil and condensate demands special attention. Operators must be confident that the sample extracted from the pipeline is representative of the entire batch. Independent tests have proven the quality of our mixing system.Sample collection i.e. flow proportional sampling, isokinetic flow, specialised sample extractors and receivers, sampling specific control systems, sample handling and sample sub division are all part of our system design and important steps in the uncertainty chain to achieve a representative sample.System validation is often overlooked. We can provide supervision for complete sampling operation to prove the system meets the recognised standards.
