Mr. Pettersson is a Swedish national and was previously President and CEO of Dynea, CEO of MacGregor and Superfos and Chairman of Prevesta/Myresjöhus. Mr Petterson was also CEO of MoDo Paper AB and has served on many other boards across Europe and served several years in South-East Asia for Swedish Match.

Mr. Hilhorst joined IK Investment Partners in 2001, prior to which he worked at HAL Investments in Rotterdam. Mr. Hilhorst holds an MA in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.

Mr. Bremer joined IK Investment Partners in 2014, prior to which he worked at Vitruvian Partners and J.P. Morgan in London. Mr. Bremer holds a Masters degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Amsterdam.

With a profound engineering background, Dr. Weyrauch holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany and a Doctorate in Engineering from the University of Magdeburg, Germany. Prior to joining Schenck Process, Dr. Weyrauch held board positions in the automotive and machine building industries.

Mr. Wit has a master’s degree in business administration from Groningen University, and a post doctorate degree in controlling from VU Amsterdam. Prior to joining Inashco, Mr. Wit was employed by Dockwise as CFO and worked for Royal Dutch Shell plc. in various finance roles in The Netherlands, the UK and Albania.
